Doctor’s appointments
For unattended appointments without notice it will be necessary to charge a $50 fee. Like last minute cancellations we respectfully request 2 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend.
Cosmetic appointments
For your convenience and our commitment to providing the best quality and services, McKinnon Hill Medical Centre provides cosmetic consultation absolutely free of charge.
Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. If this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a $75 fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
Allied health appointments
For unattended allied health appointments $50 fee will apply.
Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued patients.
Focused Psychological Intervention with Dr. Ameer Shehab Appointments
For unattended 1-hour appointments without notice, it will be necessary to charge a $140 fee. Like last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 2 hours' notice if you are unable to attend.
For all other appointment types with Dr Ameer, the standard cancellation fee applies.
