Doctors appointments
A $50 fee will apply for unattended appointments without prior notice. Patients are asked to provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cosmetic Appointments:
For your convenience and our commitment to providing the best quality and services, McKinnon Hill Medical Centre provides cosmetic consultation absolutely free of charge.
Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. If this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a $75 fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
Allied Health Appointments:
A $50 fee will apply for unattended allied health appointments.
Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued patients.
GP Psychological Services (Dr. Ameer Shehab):
A $140 cancellation fee applies for unattended 1-hour psychological service appointments without prior notice. For all other appointments with Dr. Shehab, standard cancellation policies apply.
