Cancellation/ No show Policies

Doctors Appointments
A $50 fee applies for missed appointments without prior notice. Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cosmetic Appointments
Cosmetic consultations are free of charge.
We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a $75 fee.

Allied Health Appointments
A fee applies for missed allied health appointments without prior notice.
