• Standard Consultations: Under 15 minutes
• Book a longer consultations for complex issues, multiple concerns, mental health plans, procedures, skin checks, Workcover/TAC, or reports.
• Procedures (e.g., excisions, wound care, ear syringing, immunisations, iron infusions) require an initial consultation and booking with both the practitioner and nurse.
• Walk-ins may be available, but booked patients are prioritised (emergencies excepted).
