Payment Policy – Cashless Clinic

McKinnon Hill Medical Centre is a cashless clinic. Payments can be made by EFTPOS, credit card or other approved electronic payment methods.

Payment on the Day

Payment is required on the day of your consultation unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the Practice.

Bulk billing remains available for eligible patients and eligible appointment types in accordance with our current Billing Policy.

If you have any questions about our fees, billing policy or payment options, please speak with our reception team before your appointment.

Overdue Accounts

Accounts remaining unpaid for more than seven (7) calendar days will incur a $15.00 GST-inclusive Overdue Account Administration Fee.

Patients with outstanding balances may be unable to book future appointments until the outstanding balance, including any applicable administration fee, has been paid in full.

The Practice reserves the right to waive the administration fee in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
