Standard / Long Consultations:

A standard consultation is 10–15 minutes. Practitioners may ask patients to book another appointment if additional time is needed to address multiple concerns. For more complex matters, longer appointments are advised. Please contact reception to book a longer consultation when necessary.

Longer appointments are recommended for:

  • Mental health care plans
  • Procedures
  • Skin cancer checks
  • Multiple health issues
  • Workcover and TAC consultations
  • Reports and pre-employment medicals

Procedures:

For all procedures—including excisions, wound care, ear syringing, travel immunisations, vaccinations, iron infusions, and others—patients must first schedule an initial consultation with a doctor.

Please contact the clinic to arrange a suitable time for both the practitioner and the practice nurse.

Walk-in Appointments:

Walk-in appointments may be available, but patients with bookings will be prioritised, except in cases of medical emergencies.

Other Appointment Types:

Note: All procedures, wound care, ear syringing, and immunisations must be booked in advance with both the practice nurse and the practitioner. Contact the clinic for assistance in arranging suitable appointment times.
