Tracey graduated from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Physiology and Medical Biochemistry.

Tracey has a post-graduate Bachelor of Science in Medicine (Honours) in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2000 at the University of Capetown (South Africa). She worked in private practice and aged care in South Africa and since emigrating to Australia 11 years ago, has been working in private practice, aged care and rehabilitation in the home.

Tracey provides evidence based practical advice on all aspects of nutrition and offers tailored meal plans to suit each clients needs and lifestyle. Tracey focuses on proper food and nutrition in order to promote good health for the entire family. Tracey addresses medical issues involving dietary intake through dietary modification. Tracey can help you establish a healthy relationship with food, stop yo-yo dieting and help you increase your energy levels.

Tracey brings a wealth of professional experience and is a member of the Dietetics Association of Australia and an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, with over 10 years experience in private practice.
